Search for any Global Data Plan in the FlexiRoam App and select any Global Plan to see the “Plan Information” and click on “Coverage”.
You will not receive a Starter Pack if you redeemed the benefit using a Flexiroam account that is already linked to a Starter Pack (SIM card or eSIM).
To check if your Flexiroam account is linked to a Starter Pack, please navigate to Account > Manage My SIM(s) in the Flexiroam app.
You will find your plan in Account > My Plans. Simply click start whenever you're ready to travel. If the plan is not shown under My Plans please contact mastercard@FlexiRoam.com with your invoice number and assistance will be provided.
The 20% discount will not be applied if any of these things happen:
You have unchecked the "Apply" option next to the 20% discount
You have already applied other discounts, promotions or coupons to your order
