You can redeem your benefit by first completing the eligibility check on the “Home” tab of the FlexiRoam App.
Once redemption is complete, the account will have received the benefit, this is final and will not be changeable.
Redemption will fail if any of these things happen:
You have entered an invalid card number
You have entered a card number that is not enrolled in the program bythe issuer
You have entered a card number that has already been used to redeemthe benefit
During redemption the following information will be captured and stored in secure servers:
Cardholder name
Cardholder email address
Cardholder shipping address (if required)
Cardholder mobile number (if required)
Cardholder last 4 digits of card number
Effective November 2023, we have moved to a single SIM/eSIM. This means that moving forward wherever you travel and whatever plan you redeem, you will only need one SIM for all Global, Regional and Local plans.
For all new redemptions from November 2023, simply follow the instructions when redeeming the benefit to order your new SIM/eSIM.
For redemptions made by existing Flexiroam/Mastercard benefit holders: - eSIM - Help Center - Upgrade - SIM - upon redemption, you will be prompted to order a new SIM card. Follow the instructions to enter delivery details and complete the order of your SIM card
