STEP 1

INITIATE eSIM INSTALLATION

Make sure you have completed the eligibility check and benefit redemption.

Go to “Accounts” and select “My SIMs”. Choose the desired SIM and tap “Install”. Follow the prompts on your device.

STEP 2

ACTIVATE eSIM

Once prompted, click “Continue” to Activate eSIM and Mobile Plan Set-up on iOS.

STEP 3

DEFAULT LINE SET UP

When asked, select “Primary” to keep your usual number as the default line for calls and text.

*This setting will not affect data usage.

Similarly, choose “Primary” to retain your associated number for iMessage and FaceTime.

STEP 4

MOBILE DATA SET UP

We recommend selecting “Travel” once you’ve arrived at your destination.
Please note, on some devices, this option may be labeled as “Business” or “Cellular”.

To avoid roaming charges is recommended to disable “Allow Mobile Data Switching.”

STEP 5

OPEN iOS SETTINGS

Select “Mobile”/“Cellular” from iOS Settings. Upon selection, you will see available list of SIM cards.

STEP 6

TURN ON YOUR FLEXIROAM eSIM

Ensure that you turn on the eSIM.

Pro Tip: Rename your “Travel” eSIM to FlexiRoam to distinguish it easily.

STEP 7

TURN ON DATA ROAMING

Ensure that you turn on “Data Roaming” for your FlexiRoam eSIM to use it.
To avoid charges on your primary line, ensure Data Roaming is off on your Home/primary SIM plan.
