STEP 1

RESTART DEVICE

We recommend restarting your device after completing the eSIM installation

STEP 2

ACTIVATE PLAN

Log in to the FlexiRoam app and go to “My Plans” under “Accounts” to see available plans. Click “Activate Plan” to activate desired plan.

Please note: You will need internet connection to be able to activate your plan.

Activation Timing

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your eSIM data plan to become active. If you experience delays, try toggling Wi-Fi on and off on your device.

STEP 3

SELECT PLAN START DATE

With FlexiStart, you are given an option to activate your plan immediately or schedule an activation start date.

And that’s it! You are connected anywhere in the world through FlexiRoam and Mastercard.

Reminder:
Make sure your eSIM is configured correctly before activating your plan. If you're unsure, refer back to the iOS or Android Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions.
